Courtney Bouchet was our first female finisher for the June 9th Light At The End Of The Tunnel Marathon. It was her third marathon ever and her very FIRST Tunnel Marathon! She made it extra memorable with a finish time of 3:00:52 and average pace of 6.54 minute per mile, helping her to snag a Boston Qualifier! Ivaylo (Ivo for short) was the first place finisher at our June 9th Light At The End Of The Tunnel Marathon! In total, he’s completed seven Marathons, two of which were part of the Tunnel Marathon series. Ivo’s final finishing time was 2:33:27 putting his minute per mile pace at 5:51! Ivo is a dual-citizen between the U.S and Bulgaria – and his marathon time this year ranks him as the #1 fastest man in Bulgaria! I’d like to share some updates regarding Quinn Wilbur, the recipient of our Friends of Quinn Trust Fund as well as a message from his mother, Carrie (below). Quinn Wilbur is an adventurous and vivacious 13-year-old with an intense love for life and SPEED! Quinn is the youngest of 4 siblings who are cared for by their loving and selfless single-mother.
