Volunteer

2019 Season Volunteer Registration Opens In Early December

Registered volunteers who help at a race earn a reserved place in a future marathon!

Putting on even a fairly small marathon such as the Tunnel requires a lot of work on race day, much of which is done by volunteers. Registered volunteers who help out with a race will receive a reserved place in one of the three races in the following year. This is not a free entry into the race, but rather the right to sign up even if the race is full, up until six weeks before the race date.
